Magnetic Fidget

Satisfy your fidgeting needs with this magnetic fidget toy! Designed for easy printing and assembly with 6mm x 2mm magnets. Embedded magnets provide a satisfying snap and allow for customizable strength.

Required Materials and Parts:

• Material: Bambu PLA Basic (black and red used but mix and match to your own preference).
• Magnets: Requires 6mm x 2mm neodymium magnets (quantity varies based on strength wanted).
  • Design can fit two 6mm x 2mm magnets in each opening (for a total of 24). You can go down to 1 per opening or even mix and match depending on your preference.

Assembly:

1. Insert magnets into the openings.
2. Test the resistance and confirm magnet orientation before installing the covers. Adjust the number of magnets to meet your preference for resistance.
3. Click in the covers. With my printer's tolerances, they click into place without needing glue, but CA glue (or other), may be required.
4. Start fidgeting!

Customization:

• Colors: Print each piece in a different color to meet your desired look.
• Scaling: Adjust the size to the print to fit different magnet sizes.
• Remix: Modify the design with the included CAD files to adjust as needed and create unique version (.3mf, .obj, and .f3d files included!). Adjust magnet sizes, design new covers, or add/remove magnets!
