A1 Top Mount Guide AMS PTFE Tube

I came up with this to be able to use the AMS Lite below the printer. I wanted to have the PTFE Tubes fixed to the frame for more stability and also for the printer to be “cleaner” looking.  The mount is a basically a PTFE Conector designed for 4mm OD tubes.. so there is gonna be a tube going from the ASM to the mount and another tube going from the mount to the extruder.

 There are 2 main parts, and the mount has 2 options.

• Top Mount. There are 2 versions:
  • One is faster printed and is a clip style mount, which is a little more flimsy. [ Top-Mount-Guide-Clip ]
  • Second one is more strong to the frame why a lock mechanism. This piece requires a bit of sanding for a smoother movent on the lock, not much, just a bit and works great. (Apologize in advance, Im no designer so Im not good with locks and interconectable parts :( ) [ Top-Mount-Guide-wLock ]
    Print with support and dont change the orientation of the piece. The tubes have to go vertically so they have a better fit.
• Z Guide. I also added a Z frame guide, that you can attach the tubes coming below the printer and going into the top mount. I used velcro to attach this to the Z Axis, the piece comes with holes to put the velcro in.

I printed everything in PLA+

I have added 2 more print profiles, those have a better lock tolerance and should not require sanding, also a new 5 Input PTFE has been added in case you also want to connect the external spool.
