Various replacement parts for a Homematic weather station/weather sensor Pro

My Homematic weather station was partially destroyed in a storm.

I then measured and replicated all the defective parts.

In some cases, they are slightly modified or disassembled into multiple parts to make them easier to 3D print.

Support is necessary for some parts, but it is in an area of the component that will later be hidden.

The base of the weather station was also recreated, again with slight modifications.

The metal tubes are pushed onto the original base with a fairly tight fit.

I did not design this to be as tight, instead providing holes for threaded inserts in some places so that the tubes can be secured to the printed part. Unfortunately, holes must be drilled into the tubes at the corresponding locations for this.

I chose this approach so that the weather station can be disassembled more easily if necessary; however, you can certainly glue the tubes in place as well.

My weather station has been running again for several weeks now with the self-made parts.

I recommend printing the parts with ASA or ABS due to their outdoor use; I opted for ASA.

Printing with PLA is definitely not recommended; the parts will not last long in the sun.

The parts in the images are printed with Bambu Lab ASA gray.

I hope these parts will also help one or two others save their weather station.
