This is a large-scale sanding tool requiring no parts beyond 3D-printed components, typically used for woodworking or wall painting applications, although equally suitable for smoothing extensive models!

Update:

Dowels now incorporate securing holes, enabling filament insertion for enhanced dowel fixation.

The part printed very well, it's just plug and play, the assembly is very easy, I used a petg that I had left over

It was not for the A1 mini, but I was able to print it beautifully at 78% size with PLA+. I think PLA+ is sufficient since it is not used frequently

Nice large sander with a comfortable handle to work with. I like the size and I was able to make 3 sanding sheets by cutting up one belt sanding belt into multiple pieces.

Adhesion problems with the dowels. I had to add brims to them. The dowels then didn’t fit properly in the holes. I had to drill out the holes to get them in, but then it was a nice and snug fit.

Printed it - scaled to 93% and set its width to 93mm, it fitted perfectly with my existent sanding papers. Thanks <3
