Emery Cloth Dispenser

My delightful angel of a dog destroyed the cardboard dispenser that came with my emery tape.  So, I printed a new one….

The threads for the tube require a bit a sanding to turn easily/smoothly.  You need to glue in the hinges.  I used a 6" hack saw blade that I cut down to size and then glued onto it's slot.  I also glued in 4 8mm magnets to keep the lid down.  

It's not perfect, but it is functional.  Let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas.  This was just to solve a problem caused by the princess in the picture.  

I printed in Matte Black Bambu PLA because that's what I had.  

The original has a 42mm diameter tube which fit the rolls I had.  

I have now added a 38mm diameter tube for narrower rolls.  

There is also now a lid WITHOUT numbers.
