Assembly Instructions
Follow these simple steps to assemble your GRAV Charge:
- Attach the "Bottom Cover":
Press the "Bottom Cover" into the "Base Frame," ensuring the circuitry faces downward. It should snap into place, but if loose, apply a small amount of super glue. - Attach the "Frame":
Insert the "Frame" piece into the "Base Frame." It should snap into place. If necessary, secure it with a small amount of super glue. - Painting (Optional):
If you plan to paint the model, do so now. Be sure not to paint the translucent red insert. - Insert the LED Light:
Place the LED light into the frame, making sure the tab on the light aligns with the channel in the frame. - Insert the Translucent Red Insert:
Place the translucent red insert on top of the LED light in the frame. Test the light by pressing it to ensure it turns on. - Attach the "Top Cover":
Snap the "Top Cover" into place. If it’s loose, use a small amount of super glue to secure it, being careful to avoid excess glue.
Multiple Color Printing
To make the most of your multi-color AMS system, follow these tips for the best results:
- Colors:
- All Parts: Print in silver.
- Base of the "Bottom Cover": Print in black.
- Wires of the "Bottom Cover": Print in silver.
- Terminals and Junctions of the "Bottom Cover": Print in bronze.
- Buttons & Indicators: Print in a bright color (such as red, yellow, or green).
