Description

Dust covers for the Bambu Lab A1 X axis. Based on ‘’remove before flight'' labels from airplanes.

Can be printed with no supports. Print with AMS for colored texts.

How to use:

The covers fit loosely over the rails.
Put the covers on only when the printer is OFF.
Remove the covers before you turn printer on.

I was inspired by the model from ‘’AP Creations.'' However I don't like that it requires the cover too be pushed into the aluminium extrusion.

This one also has the same dimensions as the covers for the A1 Mini I made. So it's a better match if you have both the A1 and A1 Mini.

Printed with leftover PETG. I like the cover covers the arm not only from above and forwards, but it grabs it from behind as well for extra stability, the cover will not fall off from shaking the machine or by itself.

Printed the X axis covers as our house is really dusty. I mean really dusty. I also like the looser fit as it will go right on the rails and the weight will keep it secured. Very nice. I will give you a boost!
