Assembly guide is pretty simply. Follow the picture below. Each part will fit beautifully into place.

Note: You need to adjust the tube on which the hands are attached. You need to disassemble the machine, take out the gears with the tube and cut to the desired length. The thinner tube must always be longer than the thicker one. I have always left a longer section than was not needed just to be safe. I will just add that this is a one way modification. Once you cut/shorten the tubing, there is no going back.
