Description
Corner clamp for 90° joints, with grip up to 50 mm. Ideal for small carpentry work. Super fast printing, only 2h. For assembly you need 3 D4x20mm wood screws and 1 M4x20 bolt with its nut.
If you need larger dimensions you can try scaling the individual parts in the slicer, having an A1 mini I was forced to settle for these dimensions. I have uploaded a print profile that I used with printing on a single bed, for those who prefer to print the individual pieces and increase the dimensions can download the individual pieces that I uploaded in ".step" files.
Once all components are printed, proceed with the assembly as shown in the photos below:
First, prepare the screw, joining the front dowel to the central screw, with a D4x20 wood screw, trying not to tighten too much to leave the dowel free to rotate.
At this point we fix the tip using the bolt with the nut
And finally we lock everything with the last two D4x20 wood screws.
At this point everything is ready
