Description

Customizable replacement locking clip designed for standard metal wire shelving posts with grooved pipes (compatible with Amazon Basics, Regiller, and similar brands).

Clips securely onto vertical support pipes by aligning internal ribs with pipe grooves.
Tapered design creates a reliable friction fit to lock shelves in place.
Fully configurable parameters: Although the default should work most shelving, you can adjust the height, diameter, top & bottom wall thickness (to adjust taper), rib position, rib insertion depth, and rib spacing to precisely fit your shelving setup.
Ideal for replacing lost or broken plastic locking brackets.
Delivered as a Fusion 360 project with editable parameters, enabling quick modification without redesign right within Maker World.

You have not given me enough information. I need the inside and outside diameters.

FYI, the current design has in inside diameter of 26 mm and an outside diameter of 30.8 mm. Also, I have added the original Fusion files that you can edit to your liking.

I used the 26mm to replace the clips for a uline wire shelving, it fits perfectly!

did this first and realized too big so I printed the smaller version

My tier wire shelving that I had bought from Target were missing 4 plastic sleeve from the box and I didn’t notice until I was at the last shelve. You, my friend, are a real one! I lost 5 of them over the past few years, and to have to try and source overpriced replacements would have sucked. I really appreciate this and you're the only one I can see to have replicated it.

These work but the inside ridge is a little smaller than the ones that come with the shelves so these do not lock in place at all. A little double sided tape to hold them in place until I got the shelf over them did the trick though.

Note every metal shelving system will have the same dimensions. Your version my be a bit different and so the model is not latching on as nice as it did for my shelf. The Fusion files was provided, so you can always edit these kinds of features to be suit your needs. Hope this helps homie!
