Scaled and split to multiple parts for full sized assembly.  Sand points of contact and bond with super glue.  Recommend Gorilla super glue gel for easy control.

I made this print as one piece for my daughter&#39;s Halloween costume. It uses very minimal supports, It&#39;s been scaled slightly in Z to make the brim overhang printable without too many defects. There will still be some minor overhang finish issues on the underside, but we plan to line the inside anyway and not supporting the brim eliminates like 12 hours of print time. This will fit my adult size head. The one in the TV show appears to be oversize for the younger character. The whole thing prints in one shot in about 24 hours. Please don&#39;t use sport mode with this one. I don&#39;t think the overhangs will work well enough if you do. The layer height also makes the overhangs more printable.
