I tried printing this twice on an A1 and got this both times. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I’m sorry to hear that. As I see the hardest parts (chains) has been printed correctly. Can you please check if there was a support under the part that you put the candle? As I see from the picture there is no support under it where has to be. You can try adding the supports manually.
