Todd's Steakhouse Plaque

A replica of a plaque you'd find at Todd's Steakhouse at Silver Lake resort in Colorado (sadly burned down in 2023). I remember it being great before 2003 but after that it went down the tubes: The meat quality was really inconsistent; sometimes you'd be served the freshest venison, some other times you might as well be eating horse or a neighbor's corpse.
