I was working on a project at home and needed to hammer something that had a fine wood finish and I didnt want to damage it. I couldnt find my rubber mallet so opened Tinkercad and designed these simple hammer caps that convert standard claw hammer or ball peen hammer into a makeshift mallet.
I made 2 sizes one for ball peen (30.46mm diam) and one for claw hammer (31.75mm diam), as the tools may vary universally, I am open to making them for sizes you may have as well just send me the diameter you require.
Very simple print and I used the Bambu TPU 95A profile
Settings: 3 walls, 25% gyroid with infill combination(checked) thats it pretty simple and quick print, no support needed.
The gyroid infill at 25% should give enough of a cushion for light hammering, i would not recommend going lower.
