Button Rims - Haute42/COSMOX S-Series

Add-On Press-Fit Button Rims for the Haute42/COSMOX S-Series Controller.

Designed to be compatible with generic 3rd party button sizes and reduces the gap between the Front Plate and the Button replacements.

Supported Button Sizes:

(Small Button)

20.2 mm

22.5 mm

(Large Button)

25.2 mm

Tips for printing:

-Use Concentric Ironing if where you can, for a better overall surface finish.
-Print rim-side up with Adaptive Layer height to allow for the best curve to the buttons
-Use Concentric Snug Supports
-Use a Multi-material Interface (PETG if printing in PLA) for a better bottom so it sits flush on the front plate.
-The 20.2 mm buttons can print without supports

-You can print without supports if you flip the model upside down, but I don't recommend it because it will leave a less desirable surface finish, and worse curve of the rim.
