I designed these puzzle trays to help with solving and storing jigsaw puzzles!

Ideas on how to use these puzzle trays:

These puzzle trays are designed to be multi-functional for a variety of puzzle needs. Use them in whichever way is most helpful for your puzzling style!

Use these trays for sorting your puzzle pieces (e.g. by color, edge pieces)
Slide puzzle pieces on and off easily with the foldable side! This is great for moving pieces and sections of your puzzle!
Work directly on the trays – great for groups and when you don't have enough table space!

Stack & store (and even travel!)

Print as many trays with the foldable side as you need -- they're stackable and compact!
Print one base tray to use as the bottom of your stack of foldable trays for secure storage.
Use a few pieces of tape to secure them for storage or transport.

Foldable side - 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Nice print, works well. After having issues with the base, I printed off a spatula and used that to remove the folding side pieces. I'd like a bit more sturdiness, but that would also come with less flexibility, so this is probably a good compromise. My daughter has been using them for the 3000 piece puzzle she's putting together. She'd like it to be a bit bigger, but that's more a build volume issue. :) Thanks, very useful!

Well designed model. The flap is great for sliding pieces on or off. Made a set of 8 for a 1000-piece puzzle.

Nice print, everything finished nicely. I did break the first one I printed taking it off the plate (when I flexed teh plate, it cracked on both sides where they join the plate. Second one came off well using a scraper and not flexing the plate. I think for the base, it might be better to about double the thickness.
