Description

The infamous shoulder trigger of my steam controller finally broke (too much blocking on Malenia).

Unfortunately, this part is one of the few that Valve did not provided in their CAD files. The available solutions on the internet [1, 2] also don't seem to have compatible tolerance for my Bambulab A1 printer, so I decided to make my own version here.

The design is robust enough with PLA, but you can also use PETG if you want more insurance on the strength. There are 2 STL files with only differences on hole dimensions to provide suitable tolerance for each filament type (PLA/PETG). You can use the STEP files to adjust the dimensions for your own setup also.

The files are for the left-hand side trigger. Please mirror the model for the right-hand side.
