I played around with the settings a bit to get a version with easier to remove supports as I was printing some for friends and family.&nbsp;Settings in this profile: 0.12mm layer height, 2 walls, 15% infill, seamless supports&nbsp;Tip: Use some small pliers (like the ones on Victorinox Swiss Army Knives) to remove the supports.

I made mine with a very soft <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://www.esun3d.com/elastic-tpe-83a-product/">TPE 83A from eSun</a>, the softest on my shelves at the moment. My first pass in 95A worked as well, but these feel better. The softer the TPU the better!&nbsp;This profile addresses a few issues:<ul><li>Using concentric patterns for anything other than top surface doesn&#39;t make sense - you want the zig-zag of monotonic line for the internal solid infill.</li><li>Changed wall engine to arachne for more even distribution of material, preventing extremely thin gap infill lines.</li><li>A lower layer height (in my case 0.12 worked great) improves the outer shape of the model. This also means a few additional layers between the bridging layer and top surface, improving printed quality and durability.</li><li>Fuzzy skin is great, but the default values of 0.8 distance and 0.3 thickness are just too much for this. Halved those values and it adds just a touch of texture.</li><li>Supports changed to snug normal instead of default tree. Increased support XY gap to 0.5mm. This makes it much easier to remove the supports as they do not accidentally bond to walls or the first layer.</li><li>Support pattern angle changed to 90° so it is perpendicular to the bridging layer, improving the ease of removing it.</li><li>Printing by-object eliminates stringing as the toolhead never leaves each piece until it is finished. There are four on the plate since they&#39;re so quick to print.</li></ul>Removing the supports is super easy. Using a pick or hook tool (or even just a paperclip), carefully push through the vertical part of the support without pushing in to the top interface layers (you could hit the model itself and damage it). This is kind of like threading a needle, but not terribly difficult. If you manage to push through the support infill (instead of parallel to it), you can simply pull it free with a little force. I got the angle wrong once or twice, but simple backed out, rotated the piece, and speared it again. All four removed cleanly and left perfectly functional parts with 10 seconds of effort.&nbsp;A smooth PEI plate (I used a CryoGrip) works great for this model, but a tPEI (with a thin glue layer) would likely work fine as well.

They won&#39;t fit over the original rubber caps!Print this with TPU (best works 95A)Remove supports before trying to apply them!&nbsp;I bought a used Nintendo Switch a while ago and realized, that the joy-con&#39;s thumbsticks weren&#39;t the best anymore. But 3d-printing to the rescure. I ripped off the original rubber from the thumbsticks, measured the plastic underneath and modeled these thumbsticks to press fit over the original plastic. I made the caps a little different to the original ones, as i always felt slipping because of their shape. I published them on printables already a while ago, but i figured some might find it helpful to be able to just press print on their bambu-app, so I upload it here now also :)&nbsp;Use TPU for this model!
