Keep your tortillas warm in style! This model is a compact and durable tortilla warmer (Tortillera), specifically designed to be printed in PETG. This takes advantage of its superior thermal resistance for daily kitchen use.

💡 Design Features

  • Embossed Text: Features the "TORTILLAS" legend on the lid for a traditional and decorative touch.
  • Ergonomic Grip: Circular center knob designed for quick and safe opening.
  • Precision Fit: The clearance between the base and the lid is optimized to retain steam and heat for as long as possible.
  • Reinforced Walls: Solid structure that guarantees durability and thermal stability.
  • GLUE-FREE: Designed as a single-piece lid (or mechanical fit) so no toxic adhesives are required.

🛠️ Print Recommendations

  • Material: PETG (Mandatory if used with hot food). PLA will deform with the heat of freshly made tortillas.
  • Infill: 15% (Gyroid recommended).
  • Walls: 2 to 4 wall loops.
  • Supports: REQUIRED. To keep the design glue-free and ensure the lid handle prints perfectly, supports must be enabled (Tree/Organic supports recommended for easy removal).
  • Hygiene: It is highly recommended to always use a cloth napkin inside. This prevents direct contact with the plastic and helps manage moisture from the steam.
