This clamp secures small items up to 63mm in size.

- The clamp offers adjustable angle and clamping width, accommodating items up to 63mm.

- The clamp rotates 360º or can be fixed using the adjustment knob on its base.

- The base can be filled for added weight.

- An optional handle grip is included; TPU is the recommended print material.

Assembly Requirements:

-Print all components in your preferred material. I recommend PLA or PETG for all parts except the grips, for which TPU is ideal.

 

M4 Nut Version:

- x3 M4x20mm hex head screws.
- x3 M4 nuts.

 

M4 Insert Version:

- x2 brass inserts for M4 screws.
- x3 M4x20mm hex head screws.
- x1 M4 nut.

Optional:

- Adhesive for securing the base cap after filling.

Assembly Instructions:

- Insert the M4x20mm screws fully into the adjustment knobs; optional adhesive can be used for added security.

- Insert the M4 brass inserts into the HANDLE 1 and BASE holes.

- Attach HANDLE 1 to HANDLE 2, securing it with one adjustment knob and an M4 nut.

- Mount the ARM onto HANDLE 1, attach an adjustment knob, and attach the grips.

- Finally, attach the knob to the BASE.

Printed using Duramic White PLA and Inland Black TPE for the grips. Some of the screws I used for the handles are a little loose, so I think I'll have to re-screw them with glue to permanently attach them to the handles.

absolutely amazing print. I super glued the screws in place for the handles otherwise they spun. Amazon Transparent TPU and Bambu PETG. holds securely as well!
