Description
Because my wooden orchid stakes are rotting from time to time I designed these ones.
They are constructed with a brim in CAD, to stick on the build plate.
They easily can be removed using a knife.
You need to remove the Purge Line, before the first layer.
(Or modify the G-Code avoiding the collision)
The longest possible length was 360mm. (on 256x256mm)
If you need more at once there ist also a set of 3 or 5 in 335mm
The included clips also fit my 5mm wooden rods.
With the PEI Textured Plate they worked without extra brim.
The 100% infill version is stiffer but needs more material.
Ground Pins (tested with PLA+):
The hollow ground Pins can extent your stakes even more.
The Flat Tip is easy penetrates in the ground or growing medium of your choice.
There is an internal stop at about 16-20mm, don't push it to hard to avoid stress marks.
- cut away the CAD designed brims
- line up the hexagons to avoid damage
- push it in
- ready to use
Recomendation: Use the same color - don't do that.

Connector:
As an alternative there is also a connector to fit 2 stakes together. For Assembly
