Description

I've got a new racing cockpit Next Level Racing Victory. There was a basic cable management velcro tape set, but I didn't like it. So I decided to design my own cable management system for the cockpit.

Based on the suggestion from @JDub2899 I created a clip for the GT-Lite  and GT-Lite Pro with 25mm tubing. Both of these are using 25mm steel tubes for the skeleton of the cockpit.
Here is a before:

and after picture:

The print profiles are ready to print, just clone them based on how many you need. It requires support and you can assemble the two parts together with small pieces of filament. Just push them trough the holes but use pliers because the outher holes are pretty tight so the filament won't fall off the hole. If it is too tight for you then just increase the X-Y hole compensation field in Bambu Slicer.

The cable holes are for 3.8mm cables (my logitech g290 has 3.8mm cables). If you have other sets just reach out to me and I can create more for most commonly used wheel sets.

Also this maybe will fit the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand Lite 2.0. It looks like it is the same frame without the seat part.

Hi, I just bought the same chair (awesome rig btw), however I have a Moza R3 bundle set with 3 cables 4mm, 5mm, 6mm... any chance to support with this. Thanks.

Hey @oxkart , sorry for late response, here is a version which should fit. I don't have the Moza R3 set so I can't test it properly, please try to print one of each and check if it works.

so I tried printing these, but looks like I need 3 5mm spots for the Logitech rs50, can confirm they are the right size for the wheel stand 2.0. I didn’t see a note in this, so just assume they use a piece of filament as the hinge pin?

Hey, thanks for printing it. In the description there is a mention to use a piece of filament to put the two sides togehter

Great design! Would it be possible to make a version for the PXN-A9 (23mm tube)? Thank you so much!

It’s extremely hard to get the filament through the holes but it DOES keep the wires clean. if you have any tips for doing that, please include them in the description. Works for the MOZA R3 bundle.

These look amazing, but I have the NLR GT-Lite seat which has 25mm tubes. is there anyway you could modify the 32mm version to fit a 25mm tube instead?

Let me see what I can do. It is hard to design something when in the end I can not test fit it, but I can try :)

That would be awesome and I’m certainly willing to test fit it. I tried to use Bambu Studio to scale yours, but it scales everything including the holes for the filament “hinges” and the clips for the cables.

Hey, today I had time to look into the clip for the GT-Lite and I've published a profile for it. Feel free to download it and test fit it :) I've printed a 25mm cylinder and tested it with the cables and it looked good
