Bryton gardia mount for Ryet carbon 3D saddle

Hello! I made myself a holder for the Bryton Rider Gardia bicycle radar for the Ryet Carbon 3D Printing 257*140 mm bicycle saddle from Aliexpress.

I printed it with elastic plastic Elastan D100 from the manufacturer monofilament (it is quite stiff, at a certain length, but will dampen vibration). I used Bambu lab A1 mini and a 0.4 mm nozzle.

Nozzle temperature: 230 C

Table temperature: 30 C

Blowing: 100%

Walls: 4 pcs.

I made it in 2 parts to make it more convenient to print and attach to the saddle.

For assembly you will need:

The original seat that comes with the radar and the bolts from it.

You also need to purchase:

4 threaded mounting bushings M3x5x5mm

2 bolts M3 12mm

After printing the bushings, it is not so easy to stand up, but I have not figured out how to get around it yet. They also didn't melt perfectly, but they'll stick around, so I don't think they'll go anywhere.

Привіт! Зробив собі тримач для велосипедного радару Bryton Rider Gardia для велосипедного сідла Ryet Carbon 3D Printing 257*140 mm з Aliexpress.

Друкував еластичним пластиком Elastan D100 від виробника monofilament ( він доволі жорсткий, при певній довщині, але буде гасити відбрацію). Я використовував Bambu lab A1 mini та 0.4 мм сопло.

Температура сопла: 230 С

Температура столу: 30 С

Обдув: 100%

Стінки: 4 шт.

Зробив його з 2х частин, щоб зручніше друкувати та кріпити до сідла.

Для збірки знадобиться:

Оригінальне посадочне місце, що йде в комплекті з радаром та болти від нього.

Також додатково треба придбати:

4 втулки монтажні різьбові M3x5x5mm

2 болти M3 12mm

Після друку втулки встаити не так легко, але я поки не придумав, як це обійти. Також вони вплавились не ідельно, але вони будуть впиратись, тому думаю, що нікуди вони не дінуться.
