M4x8 BHCS Machine Screw (10PCS) - AA065

Description

Available in both 20 and 40 degree versions!

This is a desktop stand for a Wisecoco 14" 2.5K touch screen monitor. It may fit other monitors as the chassis design (rectangle screen with the square electronics housing) is used by a few manufacturers.

It's slightly over-engineered but as this is designed for a touchscreen the supports are beefed up. It holds the monitor at a 40 degree angle and 10mm off the surface, which I found ideal for positioning under my main ultrawide. There is ample clearence for both USB-C connectors and the mini-HDMI. THe 40 degree angle gives a slightly more relaxed angle. The model has been adjusted to allow the M4 bolts to be tightened using a screwdriver through the base.

Mounts simply with 4 M4 screws, I used M4x8mm pan heads (the mounting holes are 6mm to allow for manufacturing tolerance so a washer might be required depending on your screws). Optionally add some rubber feet to prevent it slipping depending on your desk surface.

Prints easily without issue, I used tree supports for the upper mounting brace to keep the finished model clean. I printed at 0.08mm layer height as I had the time and wanted a smoother finish as it's in front of me all day. 0.2mm layer height should be fine as well.
