Description

This self-leveling tamper allows you to get more consistent shots with your espresso machine. The threaded knob can be twisted to adjust how far you can press it down, and the design makes sure the coffee is perfectly level as well. A built-in spring at the bottom then makes the tamper return to its original position.

By being able to tamp the same depth at a consistent angle (and using the same mass of coffee every time) you have two less parameters to worry about! Just adjust the grind setting instead of trying to tamp with the same force every time.

I have included print profiles for 51, 53 and 56 mm baskets.

Assembly

Screw the bottom and the knob onto the base using the threads.
