THIS IS USING MODIFIED GCODE FOR THE A1 ONLY. IF YOU ARE USING AN A1 MINI, P1, OR X1, USE THE DEFAULT PRINTER PRESET GCODE (&#34;Bambu Lab _1 0.4 nozzle&#34; instead of my &#34;Bambu Lab A1 0.4 nozzle - PETG Settings&#34;)&nbsp;I have adjusted the settings to optimize them for PETG (I used black Bambu Lab PETG HF). Went through multiple iterations tweaking the settings. Fully tested and confirmed the fit on my mid-2022 Fremont build HW3 Model 3. Doesn&#39;t block backup camera and is barely visible in the bottom corners in dash/sentry cam footage. Going to be testing on my brother&#39;s 2018 Model 3 and my dad&#39;s 2017 Model X soon. Some changes:<ul><li>Set layer height to 0.15mm</li><li>Slowed print speeds to 5mm/s initial layer, 9mm/s outer wall, 10mm/s inner wall, 10mm/s gap infill, 350mm/s travel, and 100mm/s^2 acceleration. Its slow but it sticks better and strings/blobs less, as PETG is known to do.</li><li>Added a brim to help with layer adhesion (mine came up during printing multiple times before I added and tweaked the brim)</li><li>Changed gcode to shift the nozzle upwards slightly to reduce PETG blobbing and stringing (ONLY works when downloading the model in Bambu Studio and ONLY for the A1, this change will NOT work from the Bambu Handy. It will likely still print fine, but I can&#39;t guarantee as I haven&#39;t tested for it) (I also recommend doing this for all PETG prints/if you have a different BL printer model. Its a line near the end of the start gcode, “G29.1 Z{-0.03} ; for Textured PEI Plate” changed to “G29.1 Z{0.00} ; for Textured PEI Plate”)</li></ul>TIP: If your print comes off the buildplate, wash your plate with dish soap and a scrub brush to get any oils off of it as that&#39;s what causes it to not stick. Avoid touching the top of the plate to keep any skin oils away from it.&nbsp;If anyone has any issues or recommendations, let me know :)

Designed and tested only in TPU for the layer adhesion properties (ASA, PETG, and PLA prototypes of early friction-fit models kept splitting apart at the layer lines) - some have reported mixed success with PETG but I strongly recommend (and can only attest to) TPU&nbsp;First attempt at replicating the updated design for the backup cameras of the 2025 Model 3/Y&#39;s - aim being to improve water/grime-shedding and protection. Design includes the “points” that Tesla incorporated (that I&#39;ve seen some other printed options lack), as I think these may help shed water.&nbsp;This is the first revision, will be continuing to test &amp; tweak - let me know if you have any recommendations!&nbsp;Updated 12/19/2024: Tweaked design to adjust some fillet and chamfer radii; updated print profile for more reliably improved print quality (reduced stringing primarily)
