"NO PAIN NO GAIN" Gym Motivational Ambigram

Sometimes we all need a little motivation to hit the gym. Find yours with this “NO PAIN NO GAIN” ambigram. 

Depending on your viewing position it either says “NO PAIN” or “NO GAIN” while the capital "I" has been replaced by a hex dumbbell.

The print comprises two objects split over two plates. It works well as a three colour print, using black for the base and another colour of your choice for the letters. Use black to represent the rubber heads of the dumbbell and silk silver for the knurled handle. Filament changes are pre-programmed at the correct layer heights for both objects.

Tree supports have been added for the letters and dumbbell. Please be very careful when removing supports from the letters, particularly from the P/G.
