I decided to push it to the limit and beyond with the new Dgk175! It is the lightest housing in the world for the sr, but also the housing that pushes the most air in the world.

I was inspired by a 1500mm/s Voron that uses liquid cooling for the heatsink. Because the fans between vibrations, rotating inertia and mass do only damage for those who want to go really fast and print well

with this system you will have a single fused block including hotend mount and tube mounts. the weight is 175 grams all included (with original copper volcano) with fantastic structural rigidity, it is fixed to the effector with 5 screws (4 holes of the old original fans +1 effector)

you need the 16/18mm condensate drain hoses from the air conditioners, they are universal and easy to find in department stores, they are usually found by the meter with 16/18 connections, you need 2 pieces with the 18mm part that must be cut from 16.

the pipes are held with superglue, as "attack", you have to put it both outside and inside.
(tubes cut to the right size weigh only 8 grams each)

need 5015 fans, they don't need to be dual ball,

need 4 m3 screws and nuts at least 15 long. I use the 18mm ones. to lock housing and fanducts together

the project uses 1 2.5mm light screws (notebook screws) for fixing the single screw on effector

I thank @Nissenko for his sharing of step files that allowed the realization of this project

to complete the project to reach the 175 grams goal, I improved and also used these accessories which are remixes of other users:
modified fanduct v5:

Modified Deported Blower 18mm:

Or Modified Deported Blower 16mm:

shortened tapered thread bowden:

enjoy the insane very high speed and quality, without ghosting, that only this project can give you. it is compatible with bowden and flying direct drive extruder. if you still use the original flsun heater block (volcano copy) the total weight is even only 143 grams!

if you want to push your direct drive motor to the max without overheating, this is my solution, highly recommended for flying direct drives that make the motor heat up more due to the piece of pipe:
