Construction Notes:

In addition to the original hardware, you will need two O-rings to achieve optimal performance.

Specifically:

1. One 10x2mm (outer diameter x cross-section) fluororubber O-ring; (for the pusher)

2. One 36x3.1mm (outer diameter x cross-section) fluororubber O-ring;

3. One buffer pad of any suitable material;

 

*Please prepare a Gongjang Daishi stepped inner barrel exceeding 310mm in length to complement this nozzle

*Slicing recommendations prioritize robust construction. The parameters provided in the included slicing file are:

*Five walls, 35% infill; Recommended materials include PLA+, PLA Max, ABS, and PETG, or other similarly rigid filaments

*If feasible, utilize silent mode for dedicated printing of this model.

*For enhanced durability, I advise against reducing the specified parameters.

*If you lack a suitable buffer pad, please refrain from dry firing the blaster.

*Compatibility has only been verified with genuine L07 and Avida version 07 blasters. Other versions may present issues.

With a 1.8mm diameter spring and 63mm pre-compression, using a standard Gongjang Daishi orange-purple configuration, expect muzzle velocities between 57-61 m/s.

Without a buffer pad, using the aforementioned configuration, the nozzle should withstand approximately 100 dry fires.
