Support Issue:The supports failed to perform their function as shown in the image, the printer was calibrated, another type of support may have been necessary, or even better, printing the portal in two parts, then joining them

When I printed this, I just used Bambu lab filament of the same material for both the object and support. No additional support material. I would perhaps check that the filament doesn’t have an issue and that the bed is clean and the correct bed is chosen for the program etc.

I used two standard Bambu Lab PLA filaments, the bed was clean (no glue), and the printer was calibrated

then I’m not sure what has happened. did you attempt the print more than once? I sometimes get issues on my first print attempt when downloading print profiles on here. not sure why but the second tends to work if the first fails (and nothing is actually wrong with the original)
