EASYSPOOLER is a tool for respooling filament spools. The drive is done by a power tool with a TX40, HEX 6mm or 1/4" bit.
Features:
- EASY to print, assemble and use.
- only 300g Filament, 4 screws (M3x8) and 4 bearings (6002 2RS or ZZ)
- rotatian brake (ensures a good winding)
- very compact (fits in a 60mm high drawer)
- changeable bit inserts (TX40, HEX 6mm or HEX ¼")
- inserts for the [BaBo duo] mono drawer module 60.
- clamp for table mounting
Personally, I have found a cordless screwdriver with 5Nm and 300 revolutions to be the most comfortable for this purpose.
The "spare parts" 3mf contains longer screws if you need them for your wide spools.
Printing:
Make sure your printer can print accurately. The bearing seat in the main plate should be 14.95mm +/- 0.05 mm for the EASYSPOOLER to function ideally. Print a test piece and adjust the tolerance so that the value is correct. You can use the x/y compensation function of your slicer to adjust this.

EASYSPOOLER.3mf contains all parts for the EASYSPOOLER itself.
EASYSPOOLER_spareparts.3mf contains 6x the exchangeable insert for the bits.
EASYSPOOLER_clamp.3mf contains a clamp for table mounting
EASYSPOOLER_inserts_mono_drawer_60mm.3mf contains the inserts for the [BaBo duo] mono drawer 60.
Assembly:

- 4x Ball bearing 6002 2RS or 6002 ZZ
- 4x Countersunk screws M3x8 or self-tapping screws Ø3x8
