Test Stand Automation Workbench

This is a test stand to test industrial controllers and components that are DIN rail mounted. 

I 3d Printed the parts first with 20% strength to get the dimensions just right (Tight Fit). Then I printed it at 60% infill. 

What you need to buy is some Aluminum Profile extrusion: 

• 2 times 2020 profile 300mm (Lenght ) 
• 2 times 2020 profile 350mm (Height)
• 2 times 2020 profile 150mm (Width)

You also need an installation rail like A DIN-rail and some cable trays.

To mount it on the extrusion profiles you can use T-spring nut (easy to work with) I used the M5 ones.

Don't forget to also order some bolts (I used Round Hex Cap bolts M5x8)
