Dart Trophy with Voucher Compartment – inspired by HansStrong

While searching for a suitable trophy for our internal dart championship, I came across the model by HansStrong. I thought the idea of using a dart as a trophy and hiding a prize voucher inside was great.

Unfortunately, my filament in gold, silver, and bronze was not fine enough – and the delicate construction of the original model simply crumbled during printing.

Therefore, I revised the wall thickness and added an additional inner layer. This preserves the beautiful pattern, but the dart is significantly more stable. The contents inside are no longer visible, but securely stored.

Additionally, I designed a small nameplate. In the files, it is deliberately without text, so that everyone can customize it individually.

For the base, I used remnants of kitchen countertops – very decorative, but of course not available everywhere. With a little creativity, however, many alternatives can be found: wood scraps, stone bases, 3D Printed stands, or old samples.

Simply glue the dart to the base, insert the voucher – and the trophy is ready for the next dart round.
