Description

I designed this adjustable/pivoting clip to hold the aluminum channel for my LED strip on my standard T-bar ceiling.

These clips snap right into standard T-Bar tracks, and the aluminum channel for LED strips that can be found here: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0925N1NKX

I printed these in PETG, and it's a little tricky to catch the thread when first connecting the nut, but once it catches, it should go on smoothly. I would suggest putting a very small amount of grease on the top of the threading to help it screw down easier. If there is any resistance, I would back off a bit before trying to screw it down again, as if it heats up too much, it will snap the screw thread easily. Also note, that you shouldn't have to tighten it down too much. Once the teeth catch each other on the pivot point, it should hold a fair amount of weight. (I used 4 clips for a 6 foot length, but 3 would have worked fine)
