Description

Pipe clamp with a cam lever for tightening. It is for a 29-30mm pipe but should be re-sizable, within reason. It can be printed with the lever in place or separate and snapped on after printing.

 

I have only printed it in PETG on my Bambu Lab X1C and have not done thorough testing for strength and durability. It does work for my use case.

 

My Print Settings

  • Material: PETG or PLA
  • Layer Height: 0.2
  • Perimeters: 5

Just perfect! The only "risk" is that the "flip" can fall down if it goes all the way vertically downwards. But otherwise, when it's clamped it is sturdy and secure.

simple design that works. I may modify it to use in an upcoming project.

had to play with the scale a bit to get the right size for the pipe, but I printed out of PA-CF and they are doing great. very strong.
