Head Unit Shade for VW T5 or other vehicles.

If you have a T5 Multivan or Transporter and have changed the head unit, you will know that the position of the head unit is in a terrible spot for sun glare, the original unit must have had extreme brightness compared to many good aftermarket stereos.

Print in PETG or higher grade material that can handle the hot sun. I hightly recommend ABS Glass Fibire which has a fine finish, and does not warp like normal ABS.

The width is 190mm from edge to edge, potentially you could resize in the slicer a little to get the perfect fit for your head unit.

any ideas how I get a print success? using a1 mini, and it warps and fails, any tips?

clean the bed with dish soap, spray or apply glue add a brim to the print (auto brim).
