Probably very few people will find this model useful because this was designed to exactly fit my suitcase wheels. It's worked out very well and is basically undamaged after 3 trips.

 

The wheels have some grooves on the inside to hold its rubber tire so I designed it as such. When I put it on I also applied a double sided tape to secure it better, but any glue will work.

 

Notes:

  • Version 2 is flat while version 3 curved a bit at the center which is better IMO.
  • It's meant to be printed in TPU or other flexible materials.

Thank you for this creation I was able to replace the broken wheel of my suitcase simply by modifying the proportions to perfectly fit it

You mean the swivel part of the coaster? Mine was fine so I didnt design one but found this repair part on amazon which have the exact same dimension
