The Airsoft MP5 Freedom Stick Taco is a 3D-printed magazine pouch designed to securely hold MP5 magazines during airsoft games. Its flexible, two-sided taco design ensures positive retention, allowing for easy insertion and quick removal of magazines, thereby facilitating faster reload times without sacrificing stability.
Key Features:
- Compatibility: Tailored specifically for standard MP5 airsoft magazines, ensuring a precise fit.
- Dimensions: Measures 135mm in height, 54mm in width, and 35mm in depth, with 1.7mm thick walls for enhanced durability.
- Attachment: Features slots on the back to accommodate MOLLE straps, allowing for easy attachment to any MOLLE vest.
- Protection: The bottom of the pouch is designed to shield and protect the feed lips of the magazine from impacts and damage.
Materials and Printing Recommendations:
- Filament: Printed in PLA+ or ABS for added durability and strength.
- Supports: Tree supports are required and are already included in the print profile.
- Settings: Recommended to print with 6 walls to prevent breakage from BB impact during gameplay, a layer height of 0.2mm to balance strength and flexibility, and 20-30% infill for added durability.
Additional Hardware Required:
- Approximately one meter of 1/8" shock cord per pouch for lacing, which can be configured to your preference for maximum security or quick access.
This design offers a practical solution for airsoft players seeking reliable and efficient magazine management during gameplay.
