Lexus RX-350 2016-2022 wireless charger bed for apple magsafe phones

This is my first model upload.

I had an aftermarket wireless apple CarPlay module to my RX-350 and it works fine, the only thing I wanted to improve was not having to plug the phone every time. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a Spigen case.

So I got a few parts from Amazon:

I used double sided tape to secure the magsafe charger to the bed.

Print time was about 6 hours, there were some imperfections were the seam was switching, I have painted new seams hoping that any imperfections would be at the back. I had to use an exacto knife to shave some of them. So far the phone stays in place due to the Magsafe magnet and it is a convenient and practical way to keep the phone charged or charging while driving. What I like the most is that I can pick it up at any time (while it is safe to do so) and update a playlist or map or something I might want to do on the phone and just place it back without disconnecting like traditional wired CarPlay or Android Auto systems.

Also, I took my SUV to 4x4shop.ca and they installed the unit, it works 90% of the time with no issues, sometimes it disconnects, still worth it in my opinion.
