Description

I own the Milwaukee Rocket Light (Model #2136-20, the one with 3 light heads) and it eats batteries. I was tired of carrying M18 batteries everywhere I went with this light, so I designed this clip that snaps onto the leg. I intentionally made the fitment for the clip that attaches it to the leg, to be extremely tight because sometimes the batteries are rough and can snag the mount and I did not want it to constantly cause the battery mount to pop off of the leg. I used a razor to slightly trim the back side of the leg on the light because there was a really thin lip that caused fitment issues. But use a flat head screw driver to help install the battery mount and I have never had an issue with it coming off!

*Update 12/19/2024: I added more pictures of the actual part with the Rocket Light.
