I designed and made this for a coworker whose grandson was receiving a tow truck toy for Christmas that was missing one of the tow hooks. I recommend leaving the supports turned on in the current orientation. Enjoy!
Note: This is obviously a toy and not to be used in actual towing/pulling situations. Use at own risk.
