Hotend Fan spacer/extension for P1/P1S

Just a simple spacer for the hotend fan to help with the heat creep issues.
There is several versions included you can try.
The slim one can be clipped onto the hotend or screwed on using 20-22mm screws.
The longer ones are just included as I am also working on a new head housing.

I recommend printing in some higher temp plastic but so far did not encounter any issues printed in PLA.
