In 1972, two spacecraft were launched into the deep darkness of space, with a simple goal: go as far as possible and recap as much information about our Solar System along the way. These two probes are called Pioneer 10 & 11, and were the first two man-made objects to ever reach past the orbit of our Solar System's last planet. Along their journey, they provided some of the first ever pictures of the outer planets of our system, such as Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus. The probes continued to send signals to Mission Control on Earth, but with the years, they got dimmer and dimmer, until there was nothing left but silence. Now, these probes are an immortaliziation of the human society back then, and will always continue to travel forward, until they collide with some celestial body, or who knows, maybe until some alien civilization catches them… This two spacecraft set the base for future missions, such as the famous Voyager 1 and 2. This model is a detailed replica of the two identical probes, and was made taking reference from official NASA documents.
