Description

I featured this on my channel, Functional Print Friday:

There is an option for both straight straps and 30 degree offset straps to accommodate straight railings, or the railings coming down a set of stairs. This was tested to destruction ~ 105lbs, so it should have no problem holding up a stocking.

Print the hooks and pins in PETG and the strap in 95A TPU.

Works great. My only suggestion would be to make the widest part of the strap-end fully fit into the hook under weighted pressure - see picture. Currently part of the strap that tapers in, pokes out of the hook when load is applied. I know you said in your video you're a stickler for details, so I thought I'd mention it. Thanks for the great design - I finally have a reliable place to put my family's stockings where they won't fall down!

Should've boosted for the holidays BUT my wife printed out several of these for our stockings and they worked GREAT. Would recommend turning the PETG part to print on its back without supports but still an otherwise excellent print.
