Description
Paper-cut window decorations are a traditional Chinese folk art form, primarily involving the creation of intricate designs by cutting or carving paper with scissors or knives. This art form boasts a rich history and is widely practiced throughout China, particularly flourishing in the northern regions. These window decorations adorn not only windows but also doorways and walls, especially during festive occasions such as the Lunar New Year and weddings, symbolizing good fortune and happiness.
With the New Year fast approaching, and the evolution of artistic expression, we can now realize this ancient craft through 3D printing. Create your first paper-cut window decoration of the new year!
Caution: Ensure the build plate has completely cooled before carefully removing the print using a scraper to prevent breakage.
