Description

šŸ”ŒEnclosure for 220V Optocoupler – Protection and Functionality! šŸ› ļø

šŸ‘‹ Hi everyone! I’ve designed a custom enclosure for a 220V optocoupler (1-Bit AC 220V Isolation Optocoupler Voltage Detection Module Adaptive 3-5V). This enclosure is designed to provide safe and organized protection for optocoupler modules, essential in many electronic applications (Arduino or PLC). The design ensures easy access to the pins and secure handling of the components.

✨ Key Features:

āž”ļø Compact and secure design: The enclosure is designed to protect the optocoupler from accidental damage while ensuring proper electrical isolation.

āž”ļø Easy access to connections: Pin access points are open, allowing for precise and easy wiring.

āž”ļø Durable material: Made from PLA+ or PETG for enhanced strength and optimal heat management.

āž”ļø Mounting system: The design allows for easy attachment to surfaces or larger enclosures.

šŸ’” Print Settings:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Wall: 2
  • Recommended material: PLA+ or PETG

Thank you, and happy building! šŸŽ‰
