Simple replacement handle for a Central Machinery (Harbor Freight) 2HP dust collector. Attached using 2 generic bolts, washers, nuts.

What are the dimensions between axes

Distance between bolt holes is 133mm center to center and the handle is modelled to fit the dust bin which is cylinder shaped and 495mm diameter.
