Description

I hated that some of these tubes of E6000 come with large nozzles, and I needed something more accurate for dispensing into cracks and such. Unhappy with the couple of nozzles I found online already that had different modeling defects and mismatched threading, I designed this one. 3MF and STEP file included.  Larger version remix by user request is available here.

Will likely also work with similar glue/material tubes that have a measured OD of ~14 mm and a thread pitch of 20 TPI.

Note that E6000 and E6000 Premium (shown here) historically contained aggressive chlorinated solvents and often will glue plastics like PLA/PETG.  Some of the formulas have recently been changed, however:  You may need to consider the nozzle “one time use” and replace as needed. Personally I would remove the nozzle and install the store-cap after using it. If you want to reuse the nozzle and you are using PETG, you could probably try rinsing it with acetone, but it's likely not worth it since the print is so small. However, for those who want to try to keep the nozzle in place between frequent uses, I provide a snap-on cap. Just be aware that depending on the specific glue it's possible the glue solvent will slowly melt nozzle material!

Printed @ 0.16 mm layer height in PETG. Go slow and/or use a wide brim if you want to make sure it doesnt get knocked off the bed. I used Bambu's SuperTack plate with PETG HF and did not need a brim.
