Description

Actually this is a modification of another model: https://makerworld.com/en/models/633094#profileId-558145.

I have problems with that model, cause rollers were too deep inside the spool and the spool stuck, cause filament lay on the roller. So I designed my own rollers, taken the original idea. Actually the base is the same, so if you tried previous model already you can print only rollers.

Tested with the 3kg spool, which is 11cm width and 27cm height.

To connect all together you need 4x608 bearings.

All clearances is very tough. If you print not on bambu or not calibrated flow rate/dynamics - make a cut of the roller (for example 3-4mm) and print it with connector to check clearances that connector goes well in the connection hole and connects good with the bearing. In case something not fit - you may adjust XY contour/hole compensations depending where the problem is.
