HC SR501 UP Switch Cover Busch-Jaeger Reflex SI
Print Profile(1)

Description
With numerous Arduino/Raspberry projects underway, I lacked a sophisticated solution for elegantly housing components like PIR sensors. I acquired numerous boxes in various standard sizes and colors.
However, owning a 3D printer and gradually mastering self-designed creations, I embarked on this project, and the result is presented here. Given the absence of similar solutions, I hope this proves beneficial to others.
Feedback, including images, would be most welcome.
I've also included a version without the LED aperture.
Flat sides always face down ;-)
Screws:
- 2mm x 6mm for the PIR sensor
- 2mm x 16mm countersunk for the central disc
Update:
I've added four lens covers enabling diverse positioning via central disc rotation.
Complete light occlusion can be customized through drilling or cutting.
Update 03.04.2024:
The f3d file is now available for potential modifications.

------------------------
As I have a number of Arduino/Raspberry projects running and in operation, I was still missing a nice, elegant way of accommodating things like the PIR sensor. I bought box after box in the most common sizes and colors.
But now that I have a 3D printer and am slowly getting to grips with the subject of my own designs, I took a chance on this project and you can see the result. As there was nothing like this before, I hope that I can help one or the other with it.
I would be delighted to receive feedback, including pictures.
I have also made and added a version without the LED hole.
Flat sides always downwards ;-)
Screws:
2mm x 6mm for the PIR sensor
2mm x 16mm countersunk head for the central disk
Update:
I have uploaded 4 lens covers that can cover various positions by turning the central disk.
The 100% darkening can be reworked as desired (drilling/cutting)
Update 03.04.2024:
I have uploaded the f3d for possible own reworking
